How much does a pool pump repair cost?
Booking a collection costs $66, which covers pickup and a full workshop assessment. We then send you a fixed quote before any work starts. A standard repair is $280 including collection, labour, standard wear parts, return and a free loan pump where we have one in stock, with the $66 credited in full. Anything beyond standard wear parts is quoted first. If you decide not to proceed, you are only out the $66. We will responsibly recycle or dispose of your pump at no extra charge; we generally do not return unrepaired pumps, owing to the extra labour and complexity involved.

Book your pump collection. The $66 covers collection and assessment and is credited in full against your repair.
Not sure it is worth fixing? Book a diagnostic. We collect your pump from anywhere North of the River, strip it down on the bench, and tell you exactly what is wrong and what it will cost — repair, refurbished exchange, or replacement.
The $66 is fully credited against any of those within 30 days, so if you go ahead, the diagnostic effectively costs you nothing. If you decide not to proceed, you are only out the $66. We will responsibly recycle or dispose of your pump at no extra charge; we generally do not return unrepaired pumps, owing to the extra labour and complexity involved.
